Victorians are being urged to prepare for three days of severe weather.
The weather bureau is warning of flash flooding overnight, with severe thunderstorm warnings in place for several districts in northern and central Victoria.
It is expected storms will bring more rain into already saturated catchments and the risk of further flooding.
Weather bureau spokesman James Taylor says Seymour recorded 35 millimetres of rain in half an hour on Thursday night.
"Also heard of 35mm in 30 minutes in the Bendigo region as well, so look it's really quite intense rainfall associated with some of these thunderstorms," he said.
Prophecy spoken by Dr Owuor of an Earthquake to hit the ocean floor around the Bass Straight area of Australia that would cause a Tsunami to hit Tasmania:
